By accessing and using EzeFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

EzeFlow provides a cloud-based payment request management system for businesses to track, approve, and manage payment requests, filings, and supporting documentation. The Service includes web and mobile applications, document storage, workflow automation, and reporting tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, upload malicious files or harmful content, interfere with the proper working of the Service, or share, resell, or sublicence access to your account.

EzeFlow offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Plan limits are enforced according to your selected tier. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EzeFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination using the export features within the Service.

In no event shall EzeFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
