Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect immediately and billing is pro-rated.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

You will receive a notification and you will not be able to create new requests or add users until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start — invite your full team and run the complete workflow before paying a cent.

What payment methods does EzeFlow accept?

EzeFlow bills through Payfast, which accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as South African EFT and Instant EFT.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period — no long-term commitments, no exit fees.

Do I need to pay per user?

No. Plans include a flat team-member allowance. The mobile app is free for every user included in the plan — no per-seat add-on, no per-submission fees.

Who owns the data if I leave?

You do. Before cancelling, export a full CSV of every request plus a copy of every attached document. We never hold your data hostage — your records are yours.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes. Registered NPOs and accredited educational institutions qualify for a 30% discount on any plan. Email sales with your registration number to apply.

Is there an enterprise-only feature hidden behind a "contact us"?
