Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial and you do not need a credit card to start. There is also a free plan for two users.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. For example, Professional is R9 990 a year instead of R11 988.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are paid through PayFast, a South African payment provider, monthly or yearly.
What happens when we reach a plan limit?
Nothing is deleted. You cannot add more users or create more requests that month until you move to a bigger plan or the next month starts.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move to another plan from the billing page in your account.
Why are there dollar amounts?
For visitors outside South Africa. EzeFlow charges in rand; the dollar amount is an approximate conversion.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Payment requests, filings and reports export to CSV at any time, on every plan.
