Payments from the road, not from a desk.
Staff submit payment requests and file card and fuel slips with a photo, approvers approve from their phone, and anyone can ask Max. No signal? Slips wait in the app and go as soon as the phone is online. Everything lands in the same EzeFlow account as the website.

Newest version 1.1.21 (10 October 2026). Since version 1.1.3 the app updates itself.
From 4 October 2026, app versions before 1.1.5 no longer work. Before then, open your old app once while you are online so any waiting slips are sent, then install this version.
Install this version once. After that, when there is a new version the app shows "Update available" with what is new: tap Update now, then Update on the Android screen. The first time, Android asks you to allow EzeFlow to install updates. You can also check in the app under Settings, Check for updates.
Already on version 1.1.0, 1.1.1 or 1.1.2? Just download and install this file over it; you stay signed in. To see your version: Settings, Apps, EzeFlow.
Still on the old EzeFlow app (version 1.0)?
- Open the old app once while you are online, so any slips waiting to be sent go through.
- Uninstall the old app: press and hold the EzeFlow icon, then tap Uninstall.
- Download and install this version, then sign in again. Two-factor sign-in needs this version.
Still see "Please update the EzeFlow app to sign in"? Then the old app is still on the phone. Check Settings, Apps, EzeFlow: it must say version 1.1.1 (or newer). If it says 1.0, uninstall it (also a second copy in App Twin or Private Space) and install the new file again.
What people do in the app
Submit requests
Capture a payment request: the supplier from the approved list, amount, organization and reason, with the documents in their windows.
File card & fuel slips
Pick what it was for, enter the card's last 4 digits and, for fuel, the vehicle and kilometres. "Submit Filing" sends it for approval.
Photograph the slip
The camera opens in the app. Several photos for a long slip, or pick a PDF, Word or Excel file.
No signal? It waits
Slips filed without signal wait in the outbox, with their photos, and go for approval as soon as the phone is online.
Approve
Approvers open the request or slip, look at the documents and approve, reject or undo their approval where they are.
Ask Max
Ask the AI assistant what is waiting or what was paid, and open the records it links to.
Reports on the go
The month and year so far on the dashboard, the supplier list report, and slips filtered by vehicle or company card.
Sign in securely
Same account and password as the website, with two-factor sign-in. The app updates itself when there is a new version.
Reps and drivers only need the app. Your administrator adds them under Admin, Users; they get an email to choose a password and from then on work entirely on their phone.
How to install

Download on the phone
Open this page on the Android phone itself and tap Download for Android (uninstall an older EzeFlow app first). When it finishes, tap Open. If your browser asks whether to keep the file, choose Download anyway.

Allow your browser, once
If the phone says it cannot install from this source, tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then press back. You only do this the first time.

Accept the warning, then Install
Android warns about apps that do not come from the Play Store. Tap Install (on Honor and Huawei, first tick the acknowledgement).

Sign in with your email
Open EzeFlow and sign in with the email and password you use on the website. The app finds your company from your email.
"App not installed" or "conflicts with an existing package"
You still have the older EzeFlow app (version 1.0). The new version (1.1 or newer) can not install over it. Open the old app once while you are online, so any slips waiting to be sent go through. Then press and hold the EzeFlow icon, tap Uninstall, and install the new file again. Sign in with your email and password as usual.

The old app (version 1.0) is still the one that opens. Check Settings, Apps, EzeFlow: the new app says version 1.1.1 (or newer). If it says 1.0, uninstall it, and also any second copy (on Honor and Huawei look in App Twin or Private Space), then open Downloads, tap the EzeFlow file and install it again.
Why does my phone warn me when I install it?
Android shows the same warning for every app installed from a website instead of an app store, whoever made it. The EzeFlow file on this page is the official signed build, served securely from ezeflow.co.za. Only install it from this page. Once the Google Play listing is approved you will install it from the Play Store without warnings.
Honor and Huawei: the Install button is grey
Tick "I acknowledge that this app may pose risks", then tap Install. The games shown under "More" are advertising from the phone maker. If you see "External sources blocked", go to Settings, Security, More settings, Install apps from external sources, and allow your browser.
Samsung: "not allowed to install unknown apps from this source"
Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, press back, then tap Install. On newer models with Auto Blocker on, switch it off under Settings, Security and privacy, Auto Blocker, and switch it back on after installing.
Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO
Tap Settings on the warning, allow your browser to install apps, then go back and tap Install. The phone may show a ten-second countdown before the button works.
"Blocked by Play Protect" or "Unsafe app blocked"
Tap More details, then Install anyway. If Play Protect offers to scan the app first, let it scan, then continue.
The download does not start
Use Chrome on the phone, not a link preview inside WhatsApp or Facebook: tap the three dots and choose Open in Chrome. After downloading, open the Files app, go to Downloads and tap Ezeflow.apk.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. On an iPhone, use EzeFlow in Safari at ezeflow.co.za, including uploading photos from the camera.
