EzeFlow is made by EzeMind, a South African software company. It exists because approving and paying suppliers still runs on email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets in too many businesses, and that is where money and evidence get lost.
What we believe
Every payment should have a clear owner, clear evidence and a clear approval. Not a thumbs-up in a chat, not an email that gets deleted, but a record that anyone who needs to can find and understand later.
The bank stays the final control. EzeFlow prepares and checks payments; it never moves money. Your authorisers release payments in your bank, as they always have.
Software should say what it does, and do it. Our website only describes features that exist today. If something is on the way, we will tell you when it is ready.
Who uses EzeFlow
