What you get

Attach at the source

PDF, JPG, PNG, Word and Excel files up to 25 MB, from the web or photographed in the Android app.

Sorted and renamed

Files are filed as quote, purchase order, goods received note, invoice, statement or sundry, and renamed to match, for example INV-1174.pdf.

Duplicates spotted

Each file gets a digital fingerprint, so the same invoice uploaded twice is recognised.

Search in plain words

"Approved but not paid", "last month Cape Town" or "Apex invoices": search understands statuses, dates, people and organizations, and forgives spelling.

English and Afrikaans

Words like strokies, kwitansies and liassering work too.

Totals per currency

Search results show totals per currency, never rands and dollars added together.

Can I require documents before a request is submitted?

Yes. Set a minimum number of documents and requests cannot be submitted without them.

Does EzeFlow read the text on invoices?

The Android app can scan a document and send its text with it. The website stores what you upload.

Who can see a document?

The same people who can see the payment: its requester, people with access to that organization, and colleagues tagged on it.
