Ask Max (AI assistant)

Ask Max, and get answers from your own payment data

Max is the AI assistant inside EzeFlow. Ask in plain words, on the website or in the app, and Max looks it up in your payments and slips, answers with links to the records, and can write the answer up as a PDF.

What you get

Plain questions

"What is waiting for my approval?", "What did we pay Kestrel Steelworks in September?", "Who approved this one?" In English or Afrikaans.

Only what you may see

Max looks things up with your own access: your company, your organizations and the records your role may see. It can only read, never change or approve anything.

PDF summaries

Ask for a summary or a list and Max writes it as a PDF document, with tables, ready to download and share.

Links to the records

Answers link to the payments and slips they mention, so you open them with one click.

Saved chats

Chats are saved per person: search them, rename or delete them, or download one as a PDF.

Where you are

Open Max from any page; on a payment it knows which payment you mean. Max is in the Android app too.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Ask us, we reply within one business day.

Can Max change or approve anything?

No. Max can only read, and only what the person asking may see. Approvals, payments and changes are always done by people.

Where does our data go?

To answer, Max sends your question and the records it looked up to an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic). That is why Max stays off until your administrator switches it on.

Does Max speak Afrikaans?

Yes. Ask in Afrikaans and Max answers in Afrikaans.
