Notes, @tags & alerts
Questions answered on the payment itself, not on WhatsApp
Every payment request has two note windows: one for the reviewer, one for the requester. Tag a colleague with @ to bring them in. The bell and email alerts tell people when something needs them.

What you get
Reviewer notes
Finance asks for what is missing: "please attach the PO", "wrong cost centre". The question stays with the payment.
Requester notes
The requester answers, then clicks "re-request approval" or "task executed" to clear the question.
@tag a colleague
Type @ and a name to bring someone in. They get access to that one request, even from another organization, and see it in their bell.
Notification bell
New notes, tags and bank-team events in one place, with a page to see and clear them all.
Email alerts
Finance and admin of the organization hear about new submissions; requesters hear when their request is approved, rejected, paid or archived. Each alert can be switched off.
How it works
-
1
Ask
The reviewer writes a note on the request and tags the person who can help.
-
2
Answer
The requester or the tagged colleague answers in the requester notes and attaches what was missing.
-
3
Continue
The requester re-requests approval and the request carries on, with the whole conversation kept.
Do tagged colleagues get an email?
Tags show in the notification bell today. Email alerts cover submissions and status changes.
Can a tagged person see other payments?
No. A tag opens only that one request for them.
Are notes part of the audit trail?
Yes. Notes stay on the request with the author and time, and are not lost when the request is approved or paid.
